What do the tools require?

Python 3.9 or later. Most use only the standard library; those with third-party packages ship a requirements.txt for a one-line install. A few need external programs such as ffmpeg — stated on the product page and in the manual.

Can I modify the source code?

Yes. The code is plain and unobfuscated; within the licence you may modify it and integrate it into internal workflows. Resale and public redistribution are not allowed.

What is the difference between the licences?

Personal: 1 user, 1 year of updates. Team: 10 users in one company, 1 year of updates, email support. Enterprise: unlimited users, server and internal-system deployment, priority support and one onboarding session.

Do I get updates?

New versions released within one year of purchase can be re-downloaded from your account.

How do I pay?

After you place the order you go straight to our secure checkout, which accepts Visa / Mastercard and major Southeast Asian e-wallets (HKD or USD); the download button appears on your order page as soon as the payment succeeds. If you did not finish paying, click “Continue to payment” on the order page.

Can I get a refund?

Full refund within 7 days of payment confirmation if the full ZIP has not been downloaded; also in full if the tool does not run in the stated environment and we cannot fix it within 5 business days.
